Responsibilities

Conduct assessments & adjustment to injury style counselling
Build relationships with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
Design and monitor programs to assist injured employees return to work
Educate employers on the health benefits of a good working environment

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
AHPRA or ASORC registration
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
