Job Description

Assetlink is seeking an experienced Retail Security Supervisor for Erina Fair Shopping Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for the security industry.

Responsibilities

Work closely with site and regional managers to ensure client satisfaction
Coach, mentor, and manage security team members
Liaise with Law Enforcement Authorities and stakeholders
Produce monthly reports and KPI scorecards
Manage emergency situations and ensure site safety
Establish systems and procedures for high service performance

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience
Experience in retail security
Current NSW Security Licence and Advanced First Aid Certificate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and have reliable transport
