Job Description

Join St John of God Health Care as an Administration Assistant in Perth. Provide high level administration and clerical support to the Gateway Project team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls in the Remediation Call Centre from current and former Caregivers
  • Provide administrative support services such as mail and correspondence
  • Arrange telephone and video conferencing as required
  • Produce high quality documents in a timely manner
  • Undertake research to support proposals, reports or other documentation as required

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
