Job Description

BGIS is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive business growth strategy, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage contract obligations, ensuring KPIs are met and strong client relationships are built.
Oversee financial objectives, including forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
Lead the BGIS contract team with clear communication and monitoring account performance.
Develop key client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Manage and champion an interstate team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
Ensure services are delivered in line with requirements.
Maintain compliance with contracts, business systems, and OHS&E policies.
Promote a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and holding team members accountable.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Property, Facilities, Project, and Financial Management services.
Strong business knowledge with experience in planning, financial management, and contract negotiation.
Senior-level Facilities Management experience including 1-Year as an Account Manager.
