Join LiveBetter as a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with service teams to implement effective HR initiatives for workforce performance and culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR initiatives for service teams
Provide coaching and mentoring to HR team members
Act as project lead for HR initiatives
Ensure alignment of service team people strategy with organizational strategy
Be key contact for HR matters for assigned service portfolio
Assist in growth and change targets

Qualifications

Degree in HR Management or related field
5+ years experience in HR
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
