Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at St Mary's Primary School in Birkdale.

Responsibilities

Ensure orders are prepared and stored in accordance with procedures and guidelines
Manage goods and supplies, including stock rotation
Maintain adequate stock levels and conduct stocktakes
Organize and prepare for peak periods during the school year
Coordinate and support volunteers and staff in retail and storage areas
Handle general administration and office duties related to the retail space

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of order preparation, storage procedures, and stock rotation
