Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives such as site inspections, client engagement, and familiarizations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various markets
Grow existing business and establish leads to drive revenue
Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and guests
Create tailored proposals to meet client needs
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Monitor competitors activities and share marketing intelligence
Achieve budget targets relative to operational costs

Qualifications

Proven hotel sales experience in Australia
Good understanding of hotel systems and revenue management
Excellent communication skills
Focus on excellence and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and accountability
Tertiary studies in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred)
Tech savvy with IT literacy
Fluent in English
