Lead the coordinated delivery of customer-friendly, engaging, and functional digital experiences that bridge the gap between online and physical retail entities.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach agile delivery teams
Promote Agile principles and drive process improvements
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Conduct user requirement gathering workshops
Track delivery metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience leading delivery teams in an Agile software delivery environment
Comprehensive understanding of Lean and Agile principles
Technical experience in travel or internet-scale environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
