Job Description

Hamilton Chase Family Office-Funds management is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide executive support, manage scheduling, prepare expense reports, and handle administrative tasks in Bentleigh, VIC.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will manage scheduling, calendar management, prepare expense reports, handle administrative tasks, communicate on behalf of the executive, and coordinate meetings and events.

Qualifications

- Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills

- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports

- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Experience in the corporate or executive environment is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
