Job Description

Star of the Sea Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. The school caters to children from Early Learning Centre through to Year 6.

Responsibilities

  • Fully support the objectives and ethos of Catholic education
  • Demonstrate excellent teaching skills, particularly in Early Childhood Education
  • Provide dynamic and differentiated learning experiences
  • Be organized, show initiative, flexibility, and a positive outlook
  • Implement research-based teaching practices
  • Utilize technology confidently
  • Have a strong working knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum
  • Understand legal obligations of Early Learning Centre operations
  • Experience in an Early Childhood Service is preferable

Qualifications

  • Early Childhood Qualification
  • Minimum four-year primary teaching qualification
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education or working towards
