Job Description

Maxlife Care is seeking experienced Female Disability Support Workers to provide premium disability and aged care services to clients with mental health conditions and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

Assisting participants with daily tasks including meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration
Assisting with domestic duties
Supporting clients in community engagement
Enabling participants to achieve their goals

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of experience in the disability sector
Experience with various disabilities including challenging behaviors, Mental Health, and Autism
Certificate III Disability or equivalent
Good communication skills
Empathy for individuals with disabilities
Strong belief in Person Centred Practices
Highly organised and proactive
NSW Driver’s License and own car preferred
