Job Description

The Business Manager - McMahon Fabrication will lead the development and expansion of Starke's precision fabrication division, responsible for driving sales growth, developing a strong client base, leading technology innovation, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Growing fabrication-related opportunities internally and externally
  • Close collaboration with other Starke divisions for group-wide opportunity expansion
  • Oversight of technology investment, installation, and implementation
  • Direct client relationship management, especially in Defence and industrial sectors

Qualifications

  • Deep technical knowledge in precision fabrication processes
  • Experience with modern fabrication technology (e.g., CNC Press Brakes, Cobot Welding)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
  • High-level commercial acumen and negotiation skills
