Job Description

As a Brand Manager at Brown-Forman, you will play a key role in the development and execution of brand strategies that help elevate our brands in the marketplace. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brands meet consumer needs and achieve strong market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support Brand Growth: Assist in the management of the P&L to drive brand performance. Work with senior team members to analyse key business metrics and optimize brand strategies.
  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of brand plans based on consumer insights. Help manage brand campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and penetration in key markets.
  • Marketing & A&P Management: Contribute to the management of A&P budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across marketing initiatives. Participate in evaluating the success of campaigns and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Brand Campaigns & Activation: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute integrated brand campaigns. Support the creation of marketing materials and strategies that align with brand objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams in marketing, trade, sales, and product development to ensure that brand initiatives are successfully implemented across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand management, with a focus on growing brands in a competitive market.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights, with the ability to apply them to practical marketing plans.
  • Experience working with P&L management, budget allocation, and resource optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
