Responsibilities

Design and execute tailored employment pathway plans
Support job seekers in developing confidence and skills
Adhere to government contractual requirements
Provide post-placement support
Build relationships with stakeholders and employers

Qualifications

Prior experience in Employment Services Industry
Transferrable skills from Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
Resilient attitude and adaptability
Full Australian working rights
Valid Police Check & WWVP
