Join Austal Limited as a Business Development Lead for the Indo-Pacific region, responsible for driving business growth and sales strategies within the Defence and Government markets.
Leading the Business Development process and capture of opportunities across the Indo-Pacific region.
Development and execution of the overarching Campaign Strategy and growth of the region, with a focus on the Defence and Government market segment.
Identify, develop and lead key opportunities within the market segments via individual Capture Plans.
Develop customer proposals and solutions to promote Austal capabilities and products.
Pursue Naval business opportunities, highlighting Austal's capabilities and products.
Lead the development of all proposals ensuring an integrated approach.
Qualifications in a relevant Sales / Marketing discipline.
Experience in defence sales environment, including B2G and G2G.
Demonstrated high-level sales performance background.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail.
