Regional Oversight: Manage all stores within your region, ensuring they meet Lovisa's high standards and achieve growth targets.
- At least three years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and commitment to continual improvement.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required.
