Job Description

Join Each, a company dedicated to providing Altogether Better Care to individuals and communities. As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ECA team in delivering early childhood supports to children with developmental delay or disability and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Managing reception duties and responding to families and stakeholders
  • Coordinating staff appointments, meeting rooms, and vehicle bookings
  • Managing inboxes, recordkeeping, and expense reconciliation
  • Preparing reports to support service delivery
  • Assisting with onboarding, IT troubleshooting, and WHS activities

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client record management systems
  • Qualification in office or business administration
  • Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check
