Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Director of People & Culture to lead the heart of the hotel by championing exceptional talent and shaping an energized workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a positive work environment.
Support leaders in performance discussions and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant industrial instruments and legislation.
Lead engagement initiatives and talent acquisition.
Support budget forecasting and payroll strategy.

Qualifications

Senior People & Culture experience in hospitality or luxury environments.
Expert knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
Global work environment experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
