Job Description

Join our team as a Facilities Contracts Supervisor to manage contracts for civil maintenance works and deliver minor facility maintenance services through contractors. This role includes preparing estimates for works, inspecting facilities, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed scopes of work for projects and services
  • Deliver minor asset works through contractors
  • Conduct regular facility inspections
  • Consult with internal staff, customers, and contractors

Qualifications

  • Diploma of Building and Construction or equivalent
  • Current Safework White Card or equivalent
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
