Job Description

Join our team at YMCA Loganholme School Hours Care (OSHC) Service as a Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and managing a team of Educators.

Responsibilities

Develop quality programs
Manage day-to-day running of programs
Coordinate staffing and rostering
Ensure compliance with policy
Undertake administrative requirements
Work collaboratively with families and the school community

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching
Experience in assisting with programming
Passion for providing quality childcare
Excellent customer service skills
Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
Current Blue Card
