Join Cubic Defense as a Defence Mentor and Training Specialist to support the delivery of ADF training and coaching of ADF leaders. Be part of a global company committed to innovation and service.

Responsibilities

Manage administrative requirements for training deployment where directed.
Support exercise execution in coaching, HICON or planning capacity.
Prepare progress reports for higher management and customers.
Assist in writing and sequencing exercise Events, Incidents, and Injects.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years military or related experience.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
