The Body Shop Australia is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Maroochydore store in Queensland. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader with a passion for the brand and exceptional retail expertise.

Responsibilities

Coach team to achieve exceptional customer service standards
Oversee store operations and commercial practices
Lead and drive customer-focused store experience
Monitor and manage sales/performance targets
Assist in resolving issues and attracting/retaining staff

Qualifications

Experience in retail and people leadership preferred
Ability to meet sales and performance targets
