Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the IT Service Delivery team, including Service Desk and End User Compute services.
Ensure IT services are delivered according to service level agreements and organizational expectations.
Manage and improve IT service delivery for BAU operations.
Plan, budget, and manage the IT Service Delivery portfolio to support clinical and operational services.
Identify and mitigate cyber security risks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in IT service delivery management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of cyber security best practices.
Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
