Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor on a broad range of HR matters
Collaborate with business leaders on workforce plans and data analysis
Implement improvement initiatives to enhance culture and productivity
Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities
Assist in the development and evaluation of policies and guidelines
Provide support in organizational design, talent management, and performance management

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, or related field
6 years of relevant experience
Experience in HR strategy development and implementation
Knowledge of compliance, legal, and industrial relations frameworks
Experience in not-for-profit organizations preferred
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
