Anne Hamersley PS is seeking an exceptional and passionate Deputy Principal to lead our Early Childhood Phase of Learning. This role provides strategic leadership across teaching and learning, student wellbeing, operational management, and early childhood curriculum innovation.
1. Lead the implementation of instructional practices and curriculum initiatives aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
2. Manage Kindergarten and Pre-primary enrolments, class placements, and parent engagement processes.
3. Oversee behaviour support, student wellbeing, and case management for students in Kindergarten and Pre-primary.
1. Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and SAER frameworks.
2. Strong leadership capabilities in Early Childhood Education.
3. Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
