Job Description

Join our team as a Family Preservation Case Manager working with families to strengthen relationships and support children under 18 years of age to live safely at home.

Responsibilities

Engage and support families with regular in-home services
Undertake initial assessments and develop case plans
Partner with other services to support families
Utilize evidence-informed practices

Qualifications

Relevant degree qualification
Experience in child protection risk assessment
Current driver's license
Ability to engage with diverse communities, including Aboriginal
High level of motivation and integrity
