Job Description

Join our successful and tight-knit team in Tamworth. This Customer Service Representative will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams to ensure customers have a positive experience with Steelforce.

Responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries via phone & email
Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
Preparing reports & reviewing KPI?s
Maximizing sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
General administration duties

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and or sales administration
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
