Join our team at The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority as a Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) responsible for processing accounts payable and providing support to the finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Match invoices to purchase orders and enter them into the accounting system
  • Ensure all invoices have necessary approvals prior to payment
  • Process creditor invoices and payments efficiently and timely
  • Support month end processes and deadlines
  • Manage reconciliations and database integrity
  • Provide support to finance team during peak periods
  • Act as a reference point for customers and creditors
  • Contribute to departmental objectives

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and accounting software
