Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service face to face
Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships
Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of vehicles
Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively
Offer accurate estimates for additional work or repairs

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with KPIs and sales desirable
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
