Responsibilities

Oversee management of residential rental properties to ensure compliance and high standards.
Conduct routine property inspections and communicate findings clearly to property owners.
Manage tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and maintenance requests professionally.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance for prompt issue resolution.
Administer rent collection, monitor arrears, and ensure timely payments.
Prepare and process lease agreements in compliance with regulations.
Manage tenant onboarding, including move-in and move-out inspections.
Advertise rental properties, conduct private inspections, and assist with lease signings.
Maintain accurate records of property details, financial transactions, and correspondence.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in property management or similar role.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with tenants and property owners.
Highly organised with effective task prioritization.
Knowledge of property management legislation in Victoria.
Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain.
Driver's license and access to a vehicle for inspections.
