Job Description

Lead the development, planning, and execution of key People and Wellbeing initiatives projects aligned with our broader strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead major IR and HR transformation projects
Partner with the executive team to mitigate organisational risk
Provide expert advice on enterprise agreements and modern awards

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years senior experience in industrial/employment relations
Tertiary qualifications in Employment Law or related discipline
Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
