You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services. Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance. Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge. Responsibility across rostering, financial and engagement of communities. Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service.
Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required. Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations. Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation. Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard. Strong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare’s internal policies and procedures. Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change. Completed qualification approved by ACECQA. Current first aid. Driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region.
