Job Description

Join ALDI as an Injury Management Specialist working within the Safety Department to create a safer, healthier, and more productive workplace environment. This role involves managing work-related injuries, building relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations, and promoting a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of work-related injuries using WHS IT systems
Liaise, consult, and meet with relevant stakeholders
Build strong relationships through consultation and training
Actively manage responsibilities and suggest ways to improve efficiency
Provide implementation support for projects
Ensure compliance with legislative obligations

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in injury management
Knowledge of Injury Management practices and legislation
Experience with reporting and Injury Management Claims Systems
Sound knowledge of NSW Worker Compensation Legislation
Team player with a solutions-focused approach
