Join Crown Resorts as an Injury Management Advisor to support the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team in promoting proactive injury management approaches.
Ensure new injuries/incidents are followed up by regularly reviewing incidents and first aid register
Liaise with all business units to ensure suitable duties are identified and coordinated in line with employees capacity and early RTW is achieved
Manage and assess individual portfolio of workers' compensation claims in accordance with legislative requirements and best practice injury management strategies
Coordinate meetings with injured employee and Workcover teams (where appropriate) to ensure prompt determination of liability, and timely access to medical assessment/treatment
3+ years experience within the Injury Management/Workers Compensation/rehabilitation case management industry desirable
Comprehensive knowledge of the VIC Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative framework
Return to Work experience is advantageous
