Build strong relationships with business leaders
Provide advice on the interpretation of Awards, policies and guidelines
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Provide guidance and support to leaders on people related matters
Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives/projects
Provide reports and analytics as required
Ensure HR data is accurate and reliable
Assist with the onboarding, induction, and training of new starters
Assist with preparation of documentation for senior hires
Support the performance and salary review processes across the business
Coordinate and roll out staff benefit and well-being initiatives
Assist with the administration of HR systems and process as required
5+ years of generalist HR experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
High level administration experience
Experience in dealing with employee relation matters
Well organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
The ability to build and maintain relationships and work confidently with people at all levels
The ability to influence, network, negotiate, counsel and mediate
