Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Mayfield, New South Wales as an HR Shared Services Administrator. This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR administration and customer service. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of the HRIS, including adding and updating employee records
  • Manage signed contracts and coordinate with payroll
  • Handle terminations and assist with relocation bookings
  • Coordinate temp-to-perm transitions and arrange medicals
  • Request and manage letters of offer
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in navigating online platforms and HR systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks
