Job Description

Join Baxter as a Key Account Manager in Newcastle, NSW, to drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts by implementing sales strategies and improving market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers
  • Negotiate prices and attend corporate events as required
  • Resolve customer complaints and support sales promotions and marketing activities
  • Train hospital staff and employees on new products and ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

  • Tertiary degree in Medical Science, Healthcare, Business, Management, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in a commercial/sales role within Medical Devices
  • Knowledge of effective selling skills, Key Account Management, and the Hospital/Healthcare system
  • Interpersonal effectiveness, relationship-building abilities, and willingness to travel
