Job Description

Seeking an EAP Counsellor to provide short-term, confidential counselling to employees in Toowoomba. Must be skilled in evidence-based interventions for psychosocial issues.

Responsibilities

Deliver short term interventions for client's staff accessing EAP
Identify presenting problems and treatment goals
Manage risk and make appropriate referrals

Qualifications

Psychologist with General Registration OR Social Worker with full AASW membership
Skilled in evidence-based interventions within an EAP context
Hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance
Willing to obtain National Police Check clearance
Social Workers - hold or willing to obtain a Blue Card
