Collaborate with Customer Success team to drive renewals and upgrades.
Track key metrics, reduce churn risk, and develop account plans.
2+ years of SaaS account management or similar B2B experience.
Proven ability to drive account expansion and minimize churn.
Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with workflow platforms or CRMs is a plus.
$85,000 base salary with OTE of $135,000.
