Job Description

Join Cargill as a HR & ER Specialist and play a strategic role in supporting and advising on employee activities across multiple locations within Australia.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers to align HR priorities with business objectives
Provide coaching and administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Act as the initial contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries and issues
Lead the implementation and improvement of HR services activities
Interpret policies, regulatory requirements, and agreements
Provide coaching and training to key business groups

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred
Experience in industrial relations and employee relations
Strong understanding of Australian employment laws
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in policy development and implementation
