Job Description

Join MentorConnect as a Tier 1 Mentor to provide personalized 1-on-1 mentoring sessions to university students for academic, career, and personal development.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized 1-on-1 mentoring sessions via the online platform
Assist students with study techniques, time management, academic projects, and career advice
Adapt support to meet each student's unique goals and challenges
Track mentee progress and contribute to a high-quality mentoring experience
Mentor 1-10 students per week

Qualifications

Final-year undergraduate student in any discipline
Strong academic background and effective study habits
Passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills
Reliable internet connection
