Job Description

Join a leading psychology practice committed to meaningful mental health outcomes. Provide therapeutic support to adults in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities

Client care: Provide psychological assessment, treatment and referrals using evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy or EMDR

Caseload management: Manage a consistent client load aligned with your availability and our time allocation policies, supported by our admin and intake team

Clinical documentation: Complete, accurate, and timely session notes, client correspondence and file management in line with ethical and legal standards

Collaboration and learning: Participate in peer supervision, professional development and informal team connection opportunities

Clinic contribution: Support the Clinic Lead with occasional project or administrative tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications: AHPRA-registered psychologist or AASW-accredited mental health social worker

Medicare registration: Eligible to provide Medicare-rebated therapy sessions

Experience: 4 to 9 years with 2 or more years of experience in a focused area such as trauma, ADHD or couples

Therapeutic skills: Training or experience in third-wave cognitive behavioural therapies

Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills, ethical integrity and commitment to reflective practice

Technology skills: Comfortable using practice management and productivity software
