Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of operators to achieve operational targets
Operate mobile equipment efficiently while maintaining safety and environmental standards
Maintain assets and improve process efficiency
Demonstrate behaviours aligned with Fortescue values
Comply with Zero Harm principles daily

Qualifications

Experience operating mining equipment
Ability to read mine plans and knowledge of safety regulations
WA Class HR Driver's License
Strong communication and leadership skills
Desire to lead in a dynamic mining environment
