Responsibilities

Cultivating strong relationships within Shine to uphold a cohesive team
Market personal brand and branch to help clients and secure new cases
Supporting and coaching team for effective time recording and client satisfaction
Managing budgets and team performance
Progressing and resolving personal injury files
Providing legal advice and representation for maximum compensation

Qualifications

Current practising certificate as a solicitor
Desire to grow and mentor a thriving team
Understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation
Commitment to deliver exceptional results for clients
