Job Description

Join our team as a Solicitor in our personal injury practice in Rockhampton. Take on a variety of personal injury matters and provide legal advice and representation to clients.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation to clients to obtain compensation
Work on sensitive client matters with compassion
Develop strong professional relationships with clients
Draft legal documentation with attention to detail
Manage and run a file load with fiscal awareness

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws
Post-admission experience in Personal Injury (preferred)
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation
Ability to work on complex legal matters
Confidence to deal with clients experiencing trauma
