Job Description

Join Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen as a Shift Leader to lead the team during specific periods of trade, champion food safety and quality standards, and improve guest experience.

Responsibilities

Effectively lead the team during specific periods of trade
Motivate and engage the team on shift
Champion food safety and food quality standards
Lead the team through busy service periods
Provide crew training
Proactively improve guest experience

Qualifications

Experience leading or supervising a team within a busy environment
Deliver exceptional customer service
Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
