Job Description

Join our team as an Outreach Specialist to help support displaced employees through engaging and informative experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreaches via phone and email to participants
Provide excellent customer service aligning participants' needs with support
Manage personal outreach queue to ensure timely calls and activations
Assist with troubleshooting queries from stakeholders regarding technology and system improvements
Support the National Delivery Manager with project tasks

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and forward-thinking attitude
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Good interviewing, probing, and listening skills
Ability to work independently within a trusted environment
