Job Description

The Medical Lead Sexual Assault and Family & Domestic Violence is responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic and consultative specialty medical and forensic services in response to sexual assault and domestic violence. They will also participate in teaching, research, quality improvement, and administrative activities within the health district.

Responsibilities

Provide specialised clinical support for victims of violence, abuse, and neglect
Participate in teaching, research, and administrative activities
Maintain and extend the district's provision of high-quality medical and forensic care

Qualifications

Advanced medical degree
Current AHPRA registration
Experience in responding to sexual assault and domestic violence
