Job Description

Join BUSY Ability as a Workforce Partner / Post Placement Consultant to help people with disabilities and those with lived experience of the justice system find meaningful employment.

Responsibilities

Produce interventions and solutions for customers and employers to improve sustainable employment post-placement
Work with employers to plan and develop their workforce for future employment opportunities
Implement people-centered case management principles and barrier management
Create employment opportunities for people with disabilities through training on workplace diversity

Qualifications

Excellent customer and client interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check and National Police Check
Previous experience in customer service, sales, admin, or employment services preferred
