Job Description

Join Community Solutions Group as a Field Officer to support apprentices and trainees in their professional development. This role involves building relationships with host employers, guiding apprentices through their training, and ensuring successful placements.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of apprentices and trainees
Support host employers with recruitment and performance management
Mentor apprentices and trainees during their training
Conduct workplace visits and safety checks
Liaise with RTOs and monitor training plans
Identify new placement opportunities and develop community presence
Manage documentation and employment records

Qualifications

Valid Driver's Licence
Right to work in Australia
Working with Children Check / Blue Card
Willingness to undergo a Police Check
